Can you arrange private events?+
Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda may be hired privately, accommodating from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are among our greatest joys; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of your first enquiry.
Are pets allowed?+
Selected ground-floor suites and our Garden Villas accept pets on request, with a one-time cleaning fee applied to your stay. We provide a complimentary welcome kit for your dog (bed, bowls, treats), twice-daily walking service, and grooming on request. Cats may travel in carriers, though our suites lack litter facilities — kindly advise us beforehand.
Which ages are permitted?+
Our estate welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the spirit of the resort. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required upon arrival. Children are cordially received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange bookings and transfers between both estates.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations made within fourteen days incur a charge for the first night; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Suites and villas reserved under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.
